BREWSTER, MASS. - The Hawks traveled to the Commonwealth to participate in the New England Intercollegiate Golf Association Championship. Play spanned two days and two round, as this tournament would wrap up the fall season for Hartford Women's Golf. The Hawks would place in 2nd out of 10 teams. 

Rapid Recap:

• Freshman Maris Branyan (Trumbull, Conn.) lead the way for the Hawks in scoring, placing ninth overall with a 80 (+8) in round one, and a 91 (+19) in the second round. 
• Senior Charlee Nagle (Cheshire, Conn.) would be next for the Hawks placing 13th overall shooting a 89 (+17) in the first round and a 92(+20) in the second.
• Freshman Kendra St. Marie (Killingly, Conn.) placed 14th overall scoring an 89 (+17) on Saturday and 93 (+21) on Sunday. 
• Sophomore Gabby DeBenedetto (Southbury, Conn.) finished in 19th place, shooting an 87 (+15) on day one and a 96 (+24) on day two. 
• Rounding things out for the Hawks, graduate student Tessa Susco placed 21st, with a 94 (+22) in round one, and a 91(+19) in round two.

Inside the Numbers:

• Hawks finished with three total birdies spanning the two rounds. 
• Bates would take home first place.
• Bates' Victoria Adams lead all scorers shooting +4 through two rounds.
