Brooke MacKinnon also posted top-20 finishes to lead the Hawks to a third-place finish at the two-day event, which was held at Wintonbury Hills Golf Course.

TOURNAMENT NOTES & HARTFORD HIGHLIGHTS
- Posting an even-par 70 for the second-lowest score of the first round, Loza carded a 74 on Sunday to finish with a 144 (+4)
- Loza was two strokes off the tournament's medalist, Fairleigh Dickinson's Caterina Tatti (69-73, +2)
- Yeung tied for 18th with a 156 (77-79, +16), while MacKinnon finished in a tie for 20th with a 157 (77-80, +17)
- Competing as an individual, Premkumar also finished in the top-20, tying for 20th with a 157 (78-79, +17)
- Senior Caitlin Maralack rounded out Hartford's scorers with a 162, which was good for a tie for 32nd (85-77, +22)
- Landing four golfers in the top-five, FDU came away with the team title, finishing 20 strokes ahead of runner-up Bucknell

The turnaround is quick for the Hawks, as the return to action on Friday, Oct. 4, with the Yale Fall Intercollegiate. The three-day event is set to take place at the Course at Yale in New Haven, Conn.
