Pete Stankevich has announced the schedule for the Hawks' upcoming 2021 fall season. The Hawks are set to compete in five tournaments across New England.

"Our schedule has us competing against the top teams in New England at some great golf courses," Stankevich said. "It will allow us to see how we stack up against the other teams in the area, as well as the other MAAC schools early in the season."
The Hawks tee off for the first time on Monday, Sept. 20, when they open the season with the Boston College Intercollegiate held at the Blue Hill Country Club. Following the two-day event in Beantown, Hartford returns home to host the Hartford Hawks Invitational from Sept. 25-26, held at the Gillette Ridge Golf Course in neighboring Bloomfield.
After nearly a two-week layoff, the Hawks spring back into action when they head to The Course at Yale in New Haven for the Yale Women's Invitational, held Oct. 9-10.
"The Boston College Intercollegiate and the Yale Invitational, which are both 54-hole events at great golf courses that feature strong fields, will be tough tests to start the fall," Stankevich said. "Our Hartford Hawks Invitational will also give us the opportunity to host our own event at Gillette Ridge on a course our team is very familiar with."
The final stretch of the 2021 schedule lands the Hawks at the Great River Golf Club in Milford, Conn., for the Sacred Heart Fall Classic (Oct. 17-18). Hartford wraps up the season with the St. John's Fall Invitational at the St. Andrews Country Club in Hastings-On-Hudson, N.Y. (Oct. 25-26).
"The Sacred Heart and St. John's events are 36-hole events that will have us competing against some of the best teams in the Northeast," Stankevich added. "It will serve as a great test to see where we are as we wrap up the fall season and prepare for spring 2022."
