WEST HARTFORD, Conn. – The Hartford women's golf team will close out its Fall portion of the schedule when the Hawks travel to Great River Golf Course in Milford, Conn. Oct. 16-17 for the Sacred Heart Fall Classic.

Sophomore Madeline Adam is budding into a star on the team, having finished in third place at the Hartford Hawks Invitational after tying for a second-round best score of 73 strokes.

Sophomore Lilly Moreau has hit at least five birdies in two of the last three tournaments.

Three is a magic number for Sophomore Grace Farland. At the Yale Women's Invitational, Farland hit birdy on two par threes. Most recently, Farland finished with the fourth best score on par threes at the Quinnipiac Classic.

Hartford will be one of 11 teams playing in the Sacred Heart Fall Classic. Par is 72 for the course and there will be two rounds of 18 holes. The first time tee is set for 8 a.m. at Great River Golf Course.
