DUDLEY , Mass. – On Monday, the Conference of New England (CNE) announced its fall weekly report with graduate student Christina Stone (Glastonbury, Conn.) being named the women's soccer offensive player of the week.
Stone put together a four-goal week for the Hawks over two contests. In this past week's game against Nichols College, Stone had one goal and one assist, recording three points. Against, the University of New England, Stone secured a hat-trick putting her season tally at five goals and 12 assists on the year.
Stone is the third Hawk from the University of Hartford women's soccer team to be named CNE player of the week for this year.
Stone and the Hawks will have two more games this week traveling to Western New England University on Wednesday before hosting Wentworth Institute of Technology for senior day on Saturday.
