WEST HARTFORD, Conn. – On Monday, the Conference of New England (CNE) announced its fall weekly report with graduate student Christina Stone (Glastonbury, Conn.) being named the women's soccer offensive player of the week for the second-consecutive week.
Stone put together a 2-goal and 5-assist week for the Hawks over two contests. In this past week's game against Western New England Univeristy, Stone had one goal, recording two points. Against Wentworth Institute of Technology, Stone secured an impressive one goal and five assists giving her seven points in the game. Stone's performance this week added to her season tally of seven goals and 17 assists on the year.
Stone and the Hawks will have one more game this week to end their regular season of play. The team will travel to Gordon College on Tuesday Oct. 29th at 4:00 p.m.
