WEST HARTFORD, Conn. - The Hawks Track and Field team announced its 2025-26 schedule on Wednesday, featuring 19 contests, including The Rage in the Cage Invitational, Hartford's lone home meet of the year.

Hartford will start its season indoors on December 6th as they travel to Middletown, Conn., to compete in the Wesleyan University Invitational. This is the first of the twelve meets for the Hawks during the indoor portion of the schedule. Hartford will return outside starting on March 27th as they travel to Lowell, Mass., for the UMass Lowell Invitational. The aforementioned Rage in the Cage Invitational is slated to take place on April 3rd, marking the second year the Hawks have hosted the event. 2025-2026 also marks the first year that Hartford can compete in Division III National Events, the final step in the university's and team's transition from Division I.

"As we entered our first year of NCAA Championship eligibility, we were intentional in designing a schedule that would allow our student-athletes to grow, compete, and work steadily toward their goals," Head Coach Connor Green said. "With the largest roster in program history, we've been able to showcase our depth across every event area and highlight the collective talent within our team. In planning this year's schedule, we made it a priority to ensure every athlete had meaningful opportunities to compete, develop, and gain valuable experience beyond the championship season. Our student-athletes have set their sights high this year, and they're committed to putting in the work needed to reach those goals."
