WEST HARTFORD, Conn. – The Hawks softball team announced its 2026 schedule on Thursday, featuring 40 contests including 14 home games at the Hartford Softball Field. The Hawks will also travel to Melbourne, Florida once again as part of the Space Coast Spring Games for eight games from March 13th - 17th. 

Hartford will kick off the season on March 7th at Framingham State University in a non-conference doubleheader. The Hawks will then head to the sunshine state for the eight contests over the five day trip. The first Conference of New England (CNE) contest will be on March 21st at Curry College with a doubleheader starting at 12:00 PM. Hartford will host their first games on March 22nd against Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in a 1:00 PM twin bill. Other notable dates to watch are April 4th when the Hawks host Endicott College with a doubleheader at 12:00 PM and April 12th when the Hawks host reigning CNE Champions Nichols College with a doubleheader starting at 12:00 PM. In total Hartford will play 20 conference games in the 2026 season.
