SOUTH HADLEY, MASS. The Hawks made the trip north to the commonwealth to take on the Jack Leaman Invitational hosted by Amherst College. Round 1 was supposed to take place on Saturday Apr. 12, however due to inclement weather the first round was canceled. And instead the tournament would be held as a one round event starting Sunday, Apr. 13

Groups tee'd off at 9AM Sunday at The Orchards Golf Course in South Hadley, MA, the Hawks would place 13th with a team overall score of +123. Freshman
Gabby DeBenedetto (Southbury, Conn.) finished on top for Hartford placing T68, shooting a 100 in her one and only round. Sophomore
Abigail Crabtree (Bellport, N.Y.) finished T68 with BeneDetto also scoring a 100. Senior
Tessa Susco (Plainville, Conn.) finished in 70th place with a score of 105 in her only round. Junior
Charlee Nagle (Cheshire, Conn.) finished in 71st place scoring a 106 in her round. Freshman
Jacqueline Tran (Waterford, Conn.) placed 72nd with a 112 in her round.Â

- Hartford finished the day with eight pars, and one birdie.
