WEST HARTFORD, Conn. - On Monday, the Conference of New England (CNE) announced its weekly report with freshman Zack MacMillan (Toronto, Ontario) being named the Men's Golf Rookie of the Week for the second week in a row.
MacMillan led the Hawks in scoring at the Williams College Invitational this past weekend, placing 8th overall, shooting a 74 (+3) in round one, 76 (+5), and a 69 (-2) in the third, for an overall score of +6. ??MacMillan finished the second round with two eagles, and the third round with six birdies.
MacMillan will be back in action in two weekends to compete at the Conference of New England Championships hosted at Tumble Brook Country Club. The CNE Championships will run on Saturday, October 4th and Sunday, October 2nd.
