Women's Lacrosse Falls to Wofford

Box Score SPARKS GLENCOE, Md. – Hartford women's lacrosse saw four different goal-scorers on Saturday, but couldn't hold off Wofford, who took an 18-5 victory over the Hawks. 
 
WOFFORD 18, HARTFORD 5
Wofford came out of the gate hot with a string of 11 goals to secure their lead. Sophomore Lauren Wenher scored at 14:09 to put the Hawks on the board before the Terriers put their final three goals of the first half in the net. Sophomores Elena Hynes and Rosie Sconzo each netted a goal in the first half to push the score to 14-3. Birdie Montes scored a pair of goals in the second half to help give the Hawks five points on the game.
