Box Score WEST HARTFORD, Conn. – The Hawks came out of the gate hot in the second half, scoring three of the first four goals, but it wasn't enough to close the deficit, as the Great Danes secured a 23-5 victory on Saturday. UAlbany improves to 5-1 in the America East with the win.

The Great Danes took a commanding 16-2 lead in the first half, putting the game out of reach early. Sophomore
Kaitlyn D'Andrea put Hartford on the board at 24:03 before senior
Billy McLaughlin sent one to the back of the net at 22:14 with an assist from sophomore
Megan Miller. The Hawks came out of halftime strong, scoring three of the first four goals. McLaughlin netted a goal from Miller before D'Andrea scored her second of the day. Sophomore
Lauren Wehner also put her name on the board, scoring her fourth goal of the season. The Great Danes netted the final six goals to seal the win.Â
