Box Score WEST HARTFORD, Conn. – Hartford nearly matched UMBC in draw controls, but couldn't hold the Retrievers off, dropping a 16-1 decision on Saturday. UMBC improves to 3-1 in the America East with the victory.

UMBC netted 12 unanswered goals in the first half to take a commanding lead before scoring four more times in the second half. The Hawks had the last word, scoring with a little over three minutes left in the game, resulting in a final score of 16-1.
