BOSTON, Mass. - The Hartford women's indoor track & field team returned to action after winter break on January 25th competing in the Riverhawk Invitational sponsored by the University of Massachusetts - Lowell.
Top Results:
- Junior Madison DiPasquale (Wallingford, Conn.) led the top scorers on the day coming in 23rd in the shot put event at 11.17 meters. Junior Destinee Majett (Brick Township, N.J.) placed in 35th in the same event at 10.22 meters. DiPasquale added a 35th place finish in the weight throw tossing 13.10 meters.
- Freshman Ella Stephenson (Ledyard, Conn.) placed in 33rd in the 500 meter dash at a time of 1:27.26. Stephenson would earn the 10th fastest time in program history in the event.
- Junior Elizabeth White (Nashua, N.H.) added the final top score coming in 38th in the 1000 meter dash at a time of 3:17.43.

"The ladies competed great today", said head coach Connor Green. "It's always great to come back from a long break and get out and compete against top competition. We are excited for the rest of the season and all the success to come."
