HARTFORD, Conn. - The Hawks women's track and field team competed in the Trinity College Invitational this past weekend placing fifth overall.
Rapid Recap:
- Junior Madison DiPasquale (Wallingford, Conn.) made two top finishes in the meet placing first in the discus throw at 41.15 meter distance. The distance ranked #62 in division III this year. She added third place in the hammer throw with a distance of 44.05m.
- Senior Cali Leonard (Boston, Mass.) ranks #19 in division III for the 100 meter hurdles event taking first place on Saturday at a time of 14.57 seconds.
- Sophomore Caroline Crocker (Bernardston, Mass.) was fifth in the 100m hurdles event at a time of 15.05 seconds.Â
- Freshman Tamara Greene (Hartford, Conn.) had a strong showing this weekend placing seventh in the 100m hurdles with a time of 15.11 seconds
- Sophomore Jordan Murphy (East Hampton, Conn.) won the high jump event cleaning 1.68m this height ranked #9 in division III this year.
- Junior Tommie Barker (Canton, Conn.) placed third in the shot put event throwing a distance of 11.47 meters, she also placed fourth in the hammer throw with a distance of 44.05 meters.
- Freshman Kali Trapp (East Hampton, Conn.) nabbed sixth place in the pole vault event clearing 2.80 meters.
