WEST HARTFORD, Conn. - Senior Ryan Lunn (Southington, Conn.) took home the Conference of New England (CNE) Defensive Player of the Week award for his outstanding work in goal for the Hawks. Lunn is no stranger to the award, as he took home the same honors in mid-October last year.

Lunn and the Hawks hit the road this week to play #2 Connecticut College and were able to keep them at bay, walking away with a 0-0 tie. Lunn was masterful in net, saving six on 21 shots, all while posting his first clean sheet of the 2025 season. Lunn has been a staple so far for the Hawks, playing every minute of both of their matches so far this year. 

The Hawks are slated to hit the road one more time this Tuesday, September 9th, against Mitchell College ahead of the team's home opener on September 13th versus CNE opponent Suffolk University.
